Tomato and Arugula Salad

Ingredients:

    4 Large tomatoes
    2/3 cup salad oil
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1 Tablespoon sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    2 bunches of arugula
    2 teaspoons sesame seeds toasted

Directions

1. In medium bowl mix oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
2. Cut tomatoes into wedges & gently toss with oil mixture.
3. Cover & refrigerate for at least 1 1/2 hours.
4. To serve, arrange arugula on large platter; top with marinated tomatoes mixture and sesame seeds.
